Ssarth Infotech is a technology-driven company with 25+ years of experience in data solutions, ETL, and analytics. As part of our expansion, we have developed a Smart Society Management ERP to streamline operations like maintenance billing, visitor management, accounting, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with RWAs, society committees, builders, and property managers
Present and demonstrate the Society ERP application to potential clients
Generate leads through field visits, LinkedIn, and local networking
Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline effectively
Gather customer feedback to support product improvements

Requirements:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Experience in software/ERP/SaaS sales preferred
Understanding of society or apartment management processes is a plus
Ability to conduct field sales and client meetings
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
Self-motivated and target-driven approach
